2、执行总部下达的各项任务，做好门店各个部门的分工管理工作；
3、妥善处理顾客投诉和服务工作中所发生的各种矛盾；负责对员工的培训教育，补充说明；
4、3年以上餐饮门店管理工作经验。较强的团队管理能力和沟通能力，能够承受较大的工作强度和工作压力；
5、年龄40岁以下。
