- Provide and implement a documented quality management system aligned to our product and services in accordance with international standards.
- Constantly evaluate performance of the quality management system through audits and regular management review.
- Provide adequate resources, infrastructure and knowledge for management of the system.
- Regularly review every aspect of the Quality Management System to promote continual improvement culture that benefits the customer and the company.
All managerial staff are required to ensure:
- Staff assigned to projects are adequately qualified and experienced in their relevant discipline to perform duties in a satisfactory manner.
- Staff under their jurisdiction are familiar with the requirements of the quality system relevant to their work.
- Work carry out (including undertaken by sub-contractors) under their control complies with the customers'specification.
- Continuously improve staff performance through “Plan-Do-Check-Action” principles and “Right Time First”philosophy.
The Executive Management is committed to the implementation of the Quality Management Policy in all aspects of the company business. They will ensure that the Policy is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the company.
This signed statement of policy will be displayed at all relevant work locations.
