Process (PV) and House Vacuum (HV) system
A centralized Process Vacuum system is designed to remove air/vapor from various equipment at the production floor. The major component of the system are the vacuum pump and vacuum chamber (tank) that is sucking air/vapor through the distribution piping at the production floor.
Our process vacuum are based on the following technology:
- Liquid ring type
- Rotary vane type
The pump selected will depends on the following factors:
- Initial investment cost
- Utility running cost
- Process reliability requirement
- Safety consideration
A House vacuum system operates on the same principle but basically it is designed to caters for removal of dust/rubbish from the production floor.
