Process Cooling Water System (PCW)
Process cooling water system is designed to remove heat load from the process equipments at the production floor. It is a very critical system to prevent damages to the multi million dollar equipment and maintaining the clean room environment at required temperature.
The major components of the system are:
pumps; heat exchangers; filters; buffer tanks and a fully automated control system.
Chemical dosing system is a must to prevent corrosion and fouling at the internal surface of distribution piping.
